Warranty Policy
Our warranty service covers manufacturing defects in all newly sold scooters and bicycles for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Provided that the vehicle meets applicable maintenance standards, we will repair your electric scooter or bicycle and cover all associated costs for parts, materials, and labor. If you require repair services, or if the necessary parts fall outside the scope of the warranty, please notify us; we are committed to assisting you—we can often diagnose issues remotely and ship replacement parts to you for purchase. Should your scooter or bicycle require return-to-factory repairs, we will work closely with you to minimize any resulting costs and inconvenience.

We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during transit. Any shipping damage must be reported to WITAMBIKE within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. This policy applies to all products, including bicycles and various accessories.

WITAMBIKE may request additional supporting documentation (such as video footage) to more accurately diagnose the issue and process your warranty claim. Most warranty-covered parts are typically shipped within 1 to 10 business days after a customer service representative has entered your claim into our system. We will arrange for the shipment of replacement parts only after you have provided WITAMBIKE with the required supporting documentation.

Warranty parts will be shipped via UPS First Class, FedEx Express, or DHL, depending on their size. Expedited shipping services are not available for warranty parts.

Components such as chains, tires, wheelsets, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, brake cables and housing, handlebar grips, and spokes are considered wear-and-tear parts (consumables). These components are subject to natural wear during normal use and are therefore not covered under this warranty policy. You are solely responsible for the replacement and maintenance of these wear-and-tear parts. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the WITAMBIKE online customer service team by sending an email to support@witambike.com. If a bicycle or parts returned for factory repair are not accompanied by complete supporting documentation, the repair service may be delayed or, in some cases, denied warranty coverage. The following components and types of damage are not covered under warranty:

The following conditions or actions will void the warranty:

1. Exceeding the specified weight limit and/or speed limit.
2. Exposing the electric scooter/bike or its battery to ambient temperatures exceeding 100°F (approx. 38°C) or falling below 0°F (approx. -18°C) for extended periods (more than several hours at a time).
3. Exposing the electric scooter/bike to floods, severe storms, hail, or other similar adverse weather events.
4. Submerging the electric scooter/bike in any liquid medium.
5. Attempting to alter the programming settings of any electronic system.
6. Improper maintenance of the battery.

Warranty Claim Process
1. To file a warranty claim, you must provide visual evidence (photos and videos) that clearly demonstrates the product defect. Please send this evidence, along with a written description of the issue, to our customer service email: support@witambike.com.
2. Once our customer service team has verified and confirmed the existence of a manufacturing defect, we will ship brand-new replacement parts to you.

Accessories purchased separately on the witambike.com website are not covered by warranty service (with the exception of damage incurred during shipping). Stolen vehicles are not covered under warranty.
